Our Quality Control division operates strictly in accordance with ISO9001:2000 stipulations. Having adopted a computer network-aided management system, these staff report directly to the General Manager, and are responsible for taking corrective measures when quality problems occur.
QUALITY CONTROL
1) Part Qualification: First-Piece Inspection at the start of each production run
2) SPC: Variable and Attribute Control Charting during the production run
3) Part Evaluation: Last Piece Inspection at the end of each production run
4) Final Audit: Random sampling of each ship lot for compliance of key characteristics
QUALITY WEEKLY MEETING:
This division holds regular meetings at least once a week, and makes reasonable and effective modifications of the entire quality system; also providing valuable proposals for minimizing operational costs.
